I am the customer of Grofers.com for more than * years and I have Bachat Club Membership for approximately * more years till **** worth Rs. ***. Grofers blocked my account without proper reasons on * November **** and I am unable to use that account. By this I suffered a loss equivalent to * year bachat club membership. Also how can a company block its customer without proper reason. They are not resolving the issue for more than a month.
