Flipkart - Grocery not delivered till today i e even after 22 days

It is a total harassment. I have ordered grocery items on flikart app worth ₹ **** on *th July ****.
* out of ** items were delivered on **th July and ** items worth **** are neither shipped nor delivered till date.

Yesterday, after *:** pm, I contacted cc again and their executive promised me that problem will be solved till **th.

Immediately after this I got two emails consecutively one promising **th and *nd July solution date.

What the hell is going on, in flipkart.

I forcefully insisted them to solve it now otherwise treat my email as a notice that flipkart is forcing me to take the help of law and court.

Flipkart had tortured me and being a chronic heart patient it has threatened my life.

Yesterday night I emailed and told them, "After this I'll not call you or contact you but meet you through Indian laws & other provisions.
