I have shifted my house on *th May **** and requested to install the internet at the new address. The representative informed me that the whole process will take a week. Its been a month and yet it hasn't been resolved. I have called at least ** times to the customer care and tired of hearing the same answer every single time "Please have some patience and we will help you". I'm without internet for a month and yesterday you broadband representative came to charge **** rupees for the deposit of modem which I have already paid at the time of the first installation. So, this was the false charge made by the company and still, I paid because I'm into the information technology field and run my own organization, so internet is must to contact with my clients abroad. It is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life. Please do help me in fixing the issue and extending the service by ** days and receiving my money back which are charged for a false reason.
