Myself ordered a TV of Foxsky company from Jio Mart on **/**/****. The TV was delivered on */**/**** in damaged condition so i raised return request. The company picked the product on **/**/****. And till today the consumer have not received any refund or any replacement. Consumer have contacted multiple times in the company but they are not giving him any response. the consumer wants the company to either refund his amount or replace the product as soon as possible asit has been ** months.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
