Goibibo - GoIbibo not refunding my money

I booked a ticket from goibibo on **th april and cancelled it on the same day, policy says if we cancel our ticket within **hr we get full refund. I contacted air line company(Air India) they said the amount has been transferred to to goibibo on that same day(**th april) but when I contacted goibibo their customer service one of their call center guy told me that its not refunded and the other told me that it will get refunded within **hr to **hr(mujhe bas wo ghuma rahe idhar se udhar)
