I cancelled two tickets with GOIBIBO ( Booking IDs given above ), and at the time of cancellation their committed refund time was * working days, and I am writing this complaint on **th working day, I have not receive the amount refunded till now. Their customer support team is a worst team, which they only give a repeated answers, but they don't give a prompt reply.
