- Goibibo erased all booking details Open
Booked an Indigo Airlines ticket for my wife and kid on Goibibo on **-**-**** for travel on **-**-**** with a confirmed ticket. Due to Covid it was cancelled and money put in credit shell by Indigo Airlines. Got a message from Indigo Airlines that the refund has been initiated for the same. Went to check on Goibibo site for the same, was however shocked to see that no details of the aforementioned booking is available on their site. No way to contact them and the money seems to have been lost. I got the confirmed ticket with a booking ID from Goibibo but no clue how to get my money back since the Airlines has already refunded it to Goibibo. What I fail to understand is how can they go to such a level as to remove the booking details of customer from their website.
