I have booked ticket from Goibibo for Cebu Pacific airlines in ****. They already initiated refund amout **** rupees after some deduction because flight was cancelled due to covid and non operational . But Goibibo was not agree to refund that amount.I tried many email and call to them but no response by Goibibo . After that I got confirmation from Cebu pacific airline by email regarding refund amount and send this to Goibibo. In August **** Goibibo agree to refund amount to my bank account . But money **** rupees is still in Goibibo gocash amount . I can not transfer in my bank account . How this Goibibo service , After long time I fight for my refund amount . But still amount hold by Goibibo. This is very bad and my money i can not get yet from ****. Please help me
