Goibibio - Goibibo cheated me not provide hotel and confirm only half amount refund

I have booked the Hotel Green Park, Kodaikanal via Goibibo on Dec **th **** for a three-day stay May ** – May ** (Booked * rooms, * Super Deluxe and * Family room, total -* adults)
Booking Id - HTCCQ*VFKU
Amount – Rs.*****/-.
On May *th **** I have called Hotel Manager for details regarding cab at the time. He told me the hotel was closed * months before and he informed me to contact Goibibo for further discussion.
So on May *th **** I called Goibibo customer care and explained the scenario. They informed me they will close the case within * hrs. It is fully Goibibo side fault will arrange alternative arrangement on the same date. So I was expecting in next three days they will provide alternation arrangement and I have called the customer care regarding hotel doesn’t exit issue and explained my situation as I am going with my * daughters those are only * and * years old so really I need an alternative arrangement on May **th ****.
On May **th **** morning *.** am I have called Goibibo customer care and Goibibo team sent a link of Monisha cottage Kodaikanal and asked my permission to book the hotel. I don’t have any other alternative option so I gave permission to book hotel Monisha cottage Kodaikanal.
After ** mins they told some silly reason hotel not allowed * adults and cancelled the booking of Monisha cottage only for the booking * adults booking category (they booked from their side as per my permission ) and they sent mail they will refund the only amount of ****/- (In cancellation call they promise me to provide double with the amount as a refund). Totally I have paid Rs.*****/- six months before for complete booking. But they have cheated me not giving any room in Kodaikanal and they said they will refund only ****/-.
I am with my family (with * daughters) stayed alone in Kodaikanal bus stop more than * hrs without getting any room and paid *****/- for an alternative arrangement. Please do needful to get my money back.
