Suryansh Agarwal filed complaint against Myntra on Sep 4, 2024
I purchased a gift card from myntra.com which was supposed to be delivered on **th August, **** but my sister (The recipient) never got any email, I raised complaint with myntra for the same.
Today it is * September, **** and they have still not resolved the complaint.
All this time I have raised multiple tickets for the same complaint and they were closed by there team marking as resolved but the issue was never resolved.
They asked for government ID Card and I submitted it and they said they will get back to me but they never did - I had to re-explain the whole situation countless times to a new representative who again asked for a government id card, I submitted it again and they said they will respond in *-* days but they never did.
I have raised multiple tickets and phone calls but every time they ask me to wait for a couple of days but they have not resolved the issue yet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
