Inspite of my request for the renewal of safe custody of this number which I made on **th feb at Vodafone store , Prince anwar shah road., it was not done due to their technical issues. Neither they bothered to inform me that it was not done. Instead they started generating bills. I’m ready to pay the safe custody renewal amount for ** months but will not pay the outstanding bill. Last Friday *st April I had a long conversation with your customer care and after that they said they would put the number safe custody with immediate effect and for the outstanding bill they would revert within * days … and today it’s more than * days! It’s really unfortunate to have this kind of service from Vodafone. Kindly waive my outstanding bill of Rs ***.** as that was not due to my fault and I was not informed as well. And charge me for the safe custody renewal for ** months. Hope to get my issue resolved at the earliest now. Thanks. Also in your app.it says the number is currently suspended!! Kindly get it resolved as soon as possible.
