- Furniture spoilt in 3 months Open
We purchased a furniture (storage bed) from pepperfry. The Product cost is rs.*****. It was ordered on **-**-****, and the same got delivered on **-**-****.
After three months the product is spoilt fully.
We went to our hometown on *th May, till then the product was in good condition. We had kept two blankets in the storage, and left for our home town. Then we returned back to our apartment on **th July, and saw that the bed was fully covered in fungus in the storage area. Also the product was fully damaged. I have attached screenshots for the damaged product. We have so many furnitures in our flat but none of them are spoilt but only the bed. After complaining in pepperfry customer care so many times, one carpenter came to visit and said that this cannot be repaired. We still tried complaining again so many times, but with no luck. There was no response. I am attaching all relevant documents and email communication with pepperfry.
