I had to cancel my ticket as my parents are covid positive and i have to be in quarantine.
I spoke to the Ease my trip customer care and she told me to speak to the airlines regarding this.
I have been issued an open ticket valid till **th July for the same sector , by Vistara airlines, after speaking to them. But the Ease my trip people are not honoring that despite numerous mails , calls and communications to the CEO as well.
They have just refunded *** rs as against **** rs that i spent for the booking.
