BSNL - FTTH Internet is nto working PON light keeps flashing

I am a BSNL FTTH customer from Ahmedabad.. The PON light keeps flashing on my ONU
I've tried to have it fixed, but it works for a few hours and, then thesame problem is back. I have also changed the entire fiber cable once, and I have changed my ONU twice. With the new ONU, Internet works for a few hours and then again the PON light keeps flashing.
LCO has no clue and is uncooperative.
Please help.
