- From Nov 2020 Requesting for SBI credit card settlement with intrest waver Open

I am Using SBI credit card from ****.Due to this Pandamic because I am out of sources and was unable to do payment and did minimum payment on my credit card from May'** and in Nov"**** I have realised there was no change in principles amount and I did only intrest to company. Then I started calling to customer care and asking for settlement or other options to close the card with out intrest they said they will connect but no one is making it so in January'**** I stopped doing payment on card then in feb I got call from collection team and told that I was not able to pay ***** in ** hrs they will send a legal notice.
Then I have asked for settlement and they told as there is no time now for settlement process as its last day for due and assured they will performance in coming month and froced me to pay***** rs I Barrowwd and did the payment.
They said call us on **th of Mar' **** so they will process for settlement in next * days as Is due date.
But i took my brother help and we started call them from ** th of Mar"** to remind He said it is in process and we are getting it for **% wavery and again they called on ** th march'** and asking for minimum payment
I was not aggreed with that as I did ***** only minimum pay with last month ***** so I told share us the reference mail which you have rised for settlement but that fellow said it's upto you if you do minimum pay then your file will be with me so I can close it with settlement if not it will move to another team
I said I can't pay single penny without letter.
April month again another executive called and they were telling we will settle your card do minimum payment I am really out mind unable to bare this pain no one is genuine from SBI cards department.
Don't know whom to approach I have paid ***** already they are not making it for settlement.
My father and brother were tested positive in April month and we have spent lot's of my on their health now I can't pay all these meaning less intrest I would like to close the card with settlement with waver
