*. On *th May before I booked the cab the price shown was Rs *** but once post completion of my trip I am charged INR ****/-. How the charge for **.* km is **** Rs & why? ( attached bill snapshots for reference)
*. For the same distance **.* km & same pt. To pt. On *th March ****, I was charged Rs *** from pt. To pt. How did the charge suddenly become *x on **th May '** ( attached screenshot of *th March for reference )
*. As per government norms with any surcharge, no taxi service for AC cabs (Vehicles have been slotted into four categories from A to D) can not charge more than **.** Rs /km. I travelled in a Tata Indica the notification states that hiring a small cab (D class - vehicle costing below ₹* lakh) will cost ₹ ** for the first * km. For subsequent km, the aggregators can charge a minimum fare of ₹ ** and max of ₹**. For C class (vehicles costing between ₹ * and ** lakh), the first * km cost will be ₹ **. For subsequent km, a maximum rate of ₹ ** and minimum of ₹ ** will be applicable.) So the max price in case of C class would be around Rs *** & not more. I am overcharged by Uber in normal fair by Rs **** /-
*. I have written a total of ** emails & escalation emails to Uber CEO & twitter escalation without any response. I have written mail on *th May it has been * year ** days without any resolution
Basically uber showed me Rs *** before the trip started & charged me Rs **** post the trip. Secondly, the driver threatened me to leave me midway on my way to the airport & the amount of mental agony. I went through is unacceptable & the fraud charges by uber are unbearable.
