Anjana kumari filed complaint against Uber India on May 5, 2022

On Monday morning I booked a cab from nearby kashmiri gate to ghaziabad. I called that driver n asked if he is coming or not. I and my husband waited for almost ** mint for cab to arrive. After arriving that cab driver he took another couple for dropping somewhere, I asked him about my trip and he just denied it and cancelled my trip. I didn't loss any kind of amt but I lost my time and energy.
I have * complaints regarding this:
*. If I have done the same thing after booking cab once it reaches n cancelled, in that case I have to pay some amt to them..
*. When we limit of * mint waiting time why dnt cab driver have arriving time. We have to pay for waiting time to cancellation fee . Why dnt company pay or reduce same
