Today I booked a moto ride with uber from my home.The moto rider called me and confirmed that he is coming,I waited he did not come to pick up.After few minutes I got a msg you have completed your trip and I am charged of rupees **.** .Although I did not take the ride,the fare shown was ** rupees I was charged ** rupees. The disgusting thing the pick up and drop off location was also different.so this is the new way of fraud performed by Uber.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
