There is constant issue observed where the ordered items are not fully delivered however bill shows entire items billed. In my latest order same thing happened and knowing such instances recurring, I opened the delivery in front of the delivery guy and showed him the missing items that was part of the bill. He agreed to deliver those but never delivered. I raised ticket through my app and to my surprise I see ticket is resolved but stating replacement done. This is breach of trust and fraudulent behavior not expected from reputed online store like Jiomart.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
