Zoom Car - fraudulent activity on booking

Today i have made a reservation for a car rental lasting three days, as per the booking details. However, upon arrival, it has come to my attention that the car was not available for pick-up. To my surprise, when I checked my account after the scheduled booking period, I discovered that Zoom Car had marked the trip as completed, even though I had no access to the vehicle.
I tried to connect with my booking host Mr. Deepak from zoom car app once he picked the and talk to me in very bad language after that no response, even no customer support is available.

As a result of this unfortunate incident, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for the booking. I believe this matter needs to be addressed urgently, as it seems to be a fraudulent activity that compromises the reputation of your otherwise trustable company.
