Tata Cliq - FRAUD

I ordered adidas shoes from tata cliq on **th August . They had confirmed my order and it was in process for * days. On **th I raised a ticket as my order was not shipped . On **th I called and asked for the update and was told for an update in ** hours and then my order was cancelled as I had ordered it in discount. My order was prepaid and I first I was told that my order was damaged in transit (my order never got in transit). Then I was told that the seller cancelled my order. I wanted an explanation and I could not get answer and asked talk to a senior personnel. She told me that my order was cancelled as the product which was in stock was not qualified for delivery and then no more stock available but the product was in stock (my size) on **th , **th and till date and I can order but the product is now sold at MRP. I would like to get resolution and help on how to file Complaint in Consumer Court. I would like to get amswer to one more question i.e. Why is the product still in stock, if my order was cancelled due to damaged inventory and then no stock. I have call recording and video recording of the stock availability. I would like to get help and file a Lawsuit in Court against the immoral practice of these companies.
