Gururaj N filed complaint against Paytm on May 26, 2020
Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice that Paytm lured an opportunity in buying a mobile phone for Rs **,***/- on **/**/**** and this happened in Bangalore.I did buy and did receive the order number and also received a message saying " Thank for your order. Your order will be shipped on ** th April due to lock down " i could see this message of due to lock down many times ever since i booked this product. I have been taking help from on of my friend who has raised a complain in his paytm app. He has raised a complain on *th May and it is going on and on,they re just beating around the bush. They did give me details about the transaction to which it has been done but found to have lot of discrepancy. It is a hard earned money of Rs **,***/- and i am made to run around with it and feel so bad that i got involved with Paytm and will never refer anyone.Please check the screenshots of the complain, screenshots of the bank statement and the product order.
