**th May - I booked a request for plumbers. I selected a service. Bro*U confirms the service. Then immediately after confirmation message they purposefully send a message that particular vendor is not available and arranges for a vendor ' Supreme Total Solutions'
**th May - The plumber claiming himself as the CEO of Supreme Solutions visits site and quotes Rs **,*** for two bathrooms & demands advance of Rs **,***. He is paid Rs **,*** via Google Pay.
He constantly demands money.
**nd May - He demands Rs *****, paid through Google Pay
**th May - He demands Rs **,***, paid through Google Pay
**th May - He demands Rs ****, paid through Google Pay
**th May - He demands Rs **** paid through Google Pay - ultimately kicked him out on **th May' ****.
He did a cheap half-done work ( non-competed work for which he has been paid fully ) wasted all materials & tiles which now will cost me to repair.
I demand a compensation of Rs **,*** + Rs **,*** ( to do the repair & re-work again)
*. He disrespected the dignity of a woman by using foul language in public in front of my society.
*. He tried to force him on me when I denied him to go to the flat I had to call security.
*. He stole all the materials for which he was fully paid forcibly getting into the flat with a group of people along with him. I had to stop his group by calling up security personnel. I have CCTV footage.
*. I did not go the legal way as I could have but rather I am mutually agreeing to settle if I am compensated for the same before going to media.
Please note the compensation has to be paid by BRO*U as they claim that they have verified personnel. I till date did not get any invoice, any bill even after the request made. I have evidence of phone transcript, signed the letter by the person for the money he took & he working for Supreme Solutions. Also, the person has revengeful and murderous attitude hence BRO*U needs to ensure that there is no risk or harm done to me or my family!
I need this to be immediately sorted before I reach out to legal or media! Being an Auditor, I am aware of the right forums.
