Kaya Skin Clinic - Fraud service denied

I have been with Kaya since a long time and started with lasers in ****. I taken laser packages from Kaya total worth being around *.*lakhs and a few peels right uptil ****.

I couldn’t go to them during the lockdown for over a year as I was affected by corona virus and couldn’t put everyone’s health at risk.
Moreover, when ever I would go to take a session at POORNA DAS CLINIC in Kolkata they would refuse to give me the session saying I have scanty hair and I should wait and not waste my sessions . I believed them thinking they are talking in my favour only to realise they are just killing the time.

They have NEVER informed me about the expiration or any validity of the packages. I had come as a shock to me as they have refused to give my ** pending sessions

why should I be penalised ???why did they tell me about any validity of the package.This is cheating and fraud . Let me know whatever you need as I want to pursue this.

I have been a victim of fraud and I would like to put an official case against Poorna das clinic at Kaya Kolkata for cheating and fraud.

Please let me know what ever details you need from me as I have been harassed and traumatised already by this fraud.
