Fraud & cheating by online shopping company Snapdeal. To all, it's buyers (customers)
a) They are not giving the said discounts on products as shown in Fb advertisement. Ex- FB ad shows if you buy white Asian shoes Rs *** off exclusively for me. So I ordered but instead of Rs *** they merely gave Rs ** discount only.
b) FB advertisement products rates are shown lesser while ordering the rates are higher for the same product. Another product black shoes FB advertisement shows rates Rs *** only & while ordering it shows rates Rs ***. This type of modus operandi is played by Snapdeal with its total customers by cheating more than billions of rupees. Will you please help me to alert & highlight this in social media as well as national news & consumer forum to stop this type of practice immediately. I have taken the snapshots of above both matters. As I don't know how to attach if you provide me WhatsApp no then I will send on WhatsApp. I have sent * emails to Snapdeal. They SMS me that their customer care executive will talk with me but very sorry to inform you that when they phoned me after asking my name & */* times. They say "aap mujhe sunn rahe hai" & disconnects the phone immediately without talking. They are making a fool. Very strict action must be taken so it will be a lesson for others to not to cheat the public.
