I have order some cosmetic products from purplle and there was a return option too and now I got damaged and seal broken product and wrong product,
And when I an raising request for return they are saying mam you have some past history so your return is cancelled again and again. Even there is no history I am first time experiencing purplle,
The did fraud to me they charge amount for useless thing they have sent to me, very bad experience with purplle .
