Received a call this morning stating that I have won a prize for my shopping at MAMAEARTH site on ** th may. They gave me an option to choose amongst the * stated gifts. I was asked to deposit rs **** for being eligible to the free gift company has sponsored. I opted for gift vouchers worth rs ****.
Then I received another call from the same no stating I had to pay rs ***** GST amount being we reside in madhya pradesh and gift was bein issued from harayana.
This amount was supposed to be refunded within ** seconds of my deposit.
I was told that rs ** was deducted as handling charge and I won't be able to receive the gift until I deposit another rs *****....
And was assured that they would refund rs ***** as soon as I deposit rs *****.
When I refused to do any further transaction I was told they won't be refunding the money ...we would have to wait for ** hours for the refund to be initiated by the company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
