I booked a traveller and paid an advance of ₹**** to mr rahul who sent me a receipt thereafter. But he didn’t send a traveller on the day of departure and we were helpless and couldn’t find a traveller easily at such a short period. Now when we call Mr rahul for the refund, he has a really bad behaviour and has clearly said that he will not refund our advance deposit. I have provided with the receipt by Mr rahul. I’m asking just for my refund whereas with such deficiency and harassment, he shall provide us compensation, but we don’t want it just the amount we paid to him. He picks up calls from other numbers and talk really rudely.
