Hello myself Nilu Hazra from Kolkata. I ordered some Cosmetic products from Instagram seller Named wholesalecosmetic*. I order her and the Amount of **,***/- has been paid by me through Phone pay on **st July ****. but still I didn't received my parcel and when I ask her about my parcel she block me from instagram. now I want to file a complain against her. I told her that please dispatch my parcel as soon as possible or else refund my money but she is not replying to my calls and messages. so its my request I want my money back. plz help.
