I had opened my salary account with yes bank agent Ved prakash. After some some time , he brought an yes bank agent with him both of them convinced me that I should buy max life insurance policy with premiumof ***** rs quarterly. The terms explained to me were that I will have to pay for ** years to complete this policy or I can get my money back after * years with surrender benefits amount.
After paying for *-* quarters, I understood that this policy is not as good as I was told by these agents, they sold me this for commissions.
I started to enquiries for policy closing, even max life customer care suggested to continue till * years and then close so I may get surrender benefits.
After paying for * year and a quarter, they started confessing that I will not get any benefit instead I will be booking more losses. They will not give my money back instead they will be giving me small settlement amount which they did not disclose.
Even after sending emails for closing my account, canceling autopsy, instructions of closure of my account on phone. They are threatening me to pay more or I will get hit on my account.
Such shameless frauds are done openly. You can even check by random call. They will explain "surrender benefits ".
