Max Life Insurance - Amount Refund

Hi,

I took an Insurance premium during **** in Max Life Insurance.I paid one premium at the start and the next year I was not able to due to medical emergency of my grandparents.

I have approached the Max Life office in Salem,TamilNadu few years back but they told the amount wont be refunded as you have not paid till the Lock in term period. Even I asked if I pay the lock in term to renew my policy how much they will refunded the amount, the amount told is even not even half of my first year premium.The policy is lapsed and now the amount is with them.

I would request you to take action on them and ask them to refund atleast the amount that I have invested. In this * years they would have gained a good amount of interest with my amount.
