Max Life Insurance - ECS refund not processed

I had a policy from max life insurance company which i requested to surender in month of aug ****. Same has been communicated to the company via email and as response I got a confirmation mail from the company that policy has been discontinued .

Even after that for a policy which is in inactive state and discontinued ecs has been presented every month by the company twice cause of which i had to bear the non realisation charges from my bank ,it has been communicated to the company several times for De Activation of auto debit ecs via email and customer care phone numbers still no action has been taken by the company so far.

Cause of which i am paying the non realisation charges every month twice to my bank for no reasons
What action can I take on the company so that no further ecs has been presented in my bank account and also help me to get the reimbursement of the charges which i had to bear as non realisation charges from my bank due to ecs presented for a inactive policy .
