Max Life Insurance - Fraud by max life insurance

We purchased the policy from max life insurance with policy no. Policy No. : ********* from axis bank Matak Majri Indri Karnal. On purchase time axis bank manager mislead us to pay three premium of nearly ***** each which we pay on time. He told me that you have to pay a minimum * premium then you upgrade the policy with your choice. He said that max life will call you and tell you all terms & conditions then you accept which was our mistake that we trusted him and answered in a yes to max life on that conversation. On the fourth premium, we know about all this fraud done by axis bank manager Mr Neeraj Choudhary.
Now the investigating officer is saying that we have your call records on policy time and you have policy bond that you can return in ** days from the policy that was not told by anyone. Now we raised complaint two times but they are only saying that you got only surrender value. We want our complete money back. So please take proper action.
