Hello,
Cleartrip.com is a flight ticket providing company. They charge for booking the tickets and they usually mention that booking status as payment failed. To earn more profit and money they change the costing of the flight while the transaction is in progress and then again show status as payment failed.
I have tried booking flight twice and both failed due to payment failed. For the second trip it shows flight costing has been increased while transaction was in progress.
My amount of Rs *****/- is still pending since ** day's.
It is not only me who is getting troubled but there is a long list of people suffering.

Now they have no customer care executives, no phone number to contact, no email ids working. They have people to post advertisements.
Sir I request you to please take this into consideration, since it is affecting mental peace also.
