Yes Bank Limited - Fraud against Personal Loan Ref no

Hi Team,

Recently I have taken Personal loan from Yes Bank. Reference no for the same is *******.

Before taking the loan, the agent committed that rate of Interest is **% and processing fee is *% and zero pre closing charges after one year. Because of that numbers only we agreed to take the loan and processed the same.

After the loan amount got disbursed, By seeing the welcome Kit I came to know that *.*% processing fee is charged and Rate of interest is **% and *% pre closing charges after one year.

I called the agent and informed the same. He told that, may be Old template was mentioned in welcome kit but as per records ROI is **% only.
But I called yes bank customer care and confirmed the ROI with them. They confirmed that ROI is **% and processing fee is *.*%.

Agent has made us signed on blank agreement papers without any details and after that he filled all the details manually. You can find the same in Loan Charges sheet attached.

Same fraud is happened for my colleague even. we both taken loan from Yes bank with two days difference. same agent has processed the loan for my colleague even. My Colleague loan reference is *******.

We have spoken to Narender Manager named Phani from Begumpet Branch regarding this fraud. We did not get proper answer from him even. They are saying that do what ever you want.

We did not expected this kind of fraud in the reputed and most trusted banks like Yes bank. We just go with Yes bank brand and take loans.

I would request you to take the proper action against Narender and Phani, modify the ROI to **% and processing fee to *% and refund the amount which those people charged us extra.

Kindly do the needful ASAP.
