Yes Bank Limited - Refund of Money from fraud Account

I am a vicitim of online job fraud and all the accounts given by them was genuine they told. But all the accounts were fraud accounts. And after filing the case and court orders have come in favour of me. After that also its been ** days the banks are not refunding back the amount when banks only confirmed that the balance is there. They never respond tp the police authorities or myself except a mail comes saying that your greviance is being looked onto and it will be resolved in * days.
Its been * month saying like this from the banks
