Yes Bank promised me a credit card with airport lounge access but issued the one without access. I already had many cards at that point of time but the reason I choose yes bank card was lounge access. Its a clear case of cheating and betrayal. I felt humiliated and ashamed when I didn't get lounge access to the airport. I was mental harassment and embarrassment. Thank god I recorded the call. Attaching call record and email chains where they accepted their mistake.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
