Did cancellation due to some reasons and they assured that money will be refunded with in * to * working days , when I called for the same same assurance for next ** to ** days and this keep on happening . Now it’s been more than month , they are not willing refund my money. Very rude behaviour with the Coustmercare team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
