Travolook Com - Still amount is not refunded

Dear Team,
I have booked ** tickets on travolook website dated ** April ****,
Then immediately received email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within ** Working days.
Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they giving very false answer to me, they said refund already initiated from our side.
At the end amount not credit to my account.
