Booked the airline tickets through Travolook online travel agency, ref id *********, same was promised on mail the refund will be initiated on ** business working days, when spoken to customer care team *n *th October ****, Nishanth reps name said due to merchant gateway fault money couldn't be transferred, again hv to wait for *-** days.
