I had orderes a whey protein and t-shirt worth close to ***** after trusting the big name my protein.They said the order will be delivered in ** days and there is no order tracking. Even after two months the order was not delivered and when u asked for updates they always sent me automated responses saying we are sorry but don't have any information. After pushing them very hard they would say it will delivered this week which was never done. Later they forced me to take a refund saying they will have to place new order and it will again require the same amount of time to deliver
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
