Vatsal Kotak filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 5, 2019
I ordered products and for * consecutive times, the scheduled date of delivery was changed and delayed for the next * days. Also during *nd order which I ordered was in exchange of order product as the date of delivery got changed in the evening when the product was expected to be delivered for more * days. I had a talk with Flipkart senior executive and he assured that it will be delivered on very next day by ** pm. As in the case of exchange I have to format all the data and earlier mobile and keep it ready. I ordered the product as it was to be delivered on Sunday. Now as due to change in date I have to take leave on Monday as Sr. executive promised it will be delivered till **.** pm but I waited till * pm. However after that when I again called customer care of Flipkart, the team says that we don't have the exact information and it will be delivered within * days.
Now this the just case of fooling customer and giving fake assurance, also to get the order placed. Delivery time is shown less and then it is extended for some or the order reason.
