Foodpanda - FoodPanda fails to deliver food in committed time

I ordered food via foodpanda app on **th July **** at *.** PM.
Restaurant accepted my order and started preparing the food by *.** PM. Estimated delivery time was within ** minutes after placing order. Restaurant confirmed to Foodpanda at *.** PM that food is ready and Foodpanda allocated rider Lokesh Yadav at *.** PM to pickup and deliver the food. But till **.** PM there was no sign of rider near the restaurant. Thanks to FoodPanda Track on Map option. Then I tried to chat with FoodPanda and they told me that food will reach to me in ** to ** mins. But again rider was not moving so I called restaurant and they told me that food was already ready ** mins ago and no body is there to pick it up. Then I told to restaurant that the order is from nearby building so he told me that he will deliver it and will not wait for FoodPanda. He delivered the food to me **.** PM but there was no sign of FoodPanda rider. I again tried to chat with FoodPanda executive and they tried ro compensate me with *** Rs vocuher for that cold, uneatable kind of food. Now at **.** PM I received call from Foodpanda to confirm the time I got the food as there rider is still no where. And then they played with my order. They cancelled it and then replaced it to show that order was again placed and it was delivered in time. They themselves makes changes to my order cancel it place it then cancel it then delivered it. Foolish company, Foolish executives who are acting as robots. I told the executive that I got the food from restaurant boy but she is with her trained lines , Sir you will get food in ** mins. I told her I already got it but she is not reading my comments. Well I just need full refund along with compensation for my mental trauma and my wife trauma to think about cooking something at ** PM if food not delivered. Seriously pathetic service by FoodPanda.
