Swiggy - Food was spoiled and bad smell coming from food

I order the food from Swiggy .. I order the food on **.** Am but I get the food on **.** when I taste the food… bad smell coming from food and totally food was spilled please take the food from my home And taste it and your costumer executive behaviour is too rude this is my last order from Swiggy worst food platform… you promise the client to order delivered in ** to ** minutes but I get the order after *hours don’t make false promises if you are not delivered in time cancel the order. I know the reason why the food was spoiled because the food packed was in seal container more than *hours… please provide me a batter resolution I expect better resolution from Swiggy…
