The food was sent unsealed hence the food was spilt. When contacted the customer care they said they are not responsible for sending food in without spillage. This is *rd class service from swiggy. When asked to send a mail that they are not responsible the executive refused. I could have at least made a strong case in social media however I have a recording of his call. Please make sure we escalate the issue and eliminate swiggy from online market. Please let me know if anyone wants to join to raise a consumer case.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
