Foodpanda - Food package not delivered

Hi,
I've ordered biryani from spicy restaurant,krishna nagar Hyderabad, through food panda with coupon break** on **/**/****. I paid amount through paytm as attached but my order hasn't delivered to me but it is showing delivered after few seconds of picked up by rider. This is ridiculous by food panda.kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible to get payback and also for my inconvenience.
