Foodpanda - Food not delivered

** sept **** : i ordered a meal sum of total ₹*** at **.** pm, and made a payment via online. (Order id: y*uj-sjwv) it was showing that it will deliver in aboit ** mins. But the thing was that after ** mins its still showing the food is preparing. So i started contacting foodpanda toll free no. After trying several no. I failed to connect with them, every no. Was stating invalid and some of them was disconnected. So I decided to visit that restaurant for enquiry. When i went there i was shocked by restaurant owner's statement, they were saying the food is already prepared long time ago but non of any foodpanda executive came for pickup. So he was denying to hand over my order directly by his policy and suggest me to call foodpanda and cancel the order but unfortunately it wasn't cancelled, and every no. Was getting engaged. So i again purchased my food at restaurant and came back. After ** mins. One notification i got that your order is deliverd. But the fact is that no one called me and no one arrived for delivery. This is very disgusting. Its really very unprofessional way to treat their customers.
So i want my money back.
Here i am attaching my invoice of restaurant which i had purchased by visiting there. I also have my foodpanda order details but i cannot upload it because the attachment panel is limited to ** only.
