Santanu Dutta filed complaint against Zomato on May 4, 2019
I order food through my A/C ********** from hotel Shahi Darber, Bokaro, Jharkhand against Order no:**********. After receiving this order the delivery boy Mr Deepak called me through phone no +************ and said he not able to deliver the ordered item at my address due to raining outside.
During the discussion, I also agree to wait until the rain stopped. But he not came and till the next two hour, it was showing on the screen that your food is on the way. Today morning when I check my history it was found that food is denied by me. Since morning I try to call the customer care but not able to connect. During chatting also the representative not provide any positive response.
This kind of poor service with wrong blaming on the customer is not accepted. Please take action on it to arrange to refund my amount on an immediate basis. Earlier also I heard from my friend circle this kind of activity by Zomato but now I also become a victim of the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
