Foodpanda - Food not delivered

I had ordered * items from Foodpanda. Order was placed by me at * in noon and its already *:**, still I haven't received it yet. I called restaurant they said order is ready but no one from food panda has come to pick it up. So they gave me contact details of * delivery boys(as there were * orders). One of them said he hasn't received any such notification for delivery and that such an incident happened to him second time for the day. He told me to cancel the order. I then called up second guy and he said that his bike broke down and it will take time to deliver food. Its been * hours still his bike is being repaired. Called him again he said I'll deliver it to you dont worry at all. At this point I don't know whether to accept the offer or not. Because the food was prepared hours ago and by now it mustve been ruined
