Foodpanda - Food not delivered keep me waiting untill i contacted them

I had ordered an food from foodPanda on **th of aug around **:**am and i was waiting for order to be delivered and later on after waiting for almost *-*:**hours i got an pop up that food is been picked up and then an call from delivery guy named(irfan sayyad ) to confirm the address. And then i waited for **-** min yet there was no response so i decided to to contact their support and after i contacted their support then they notified me that order is canceled due to delivery location was far away .
Where as the location from the shop and my address is just **-** min away
